Your registrations and material orders are entered on a secure Internet site.

All registration and materials order information is encrypted between your registration / order form and our off-internet database that is located in a physically secure site.

We do not sell, rent or share any of our data or mailing lists of delegates and costumers to any other unaffiliated individual, business or government.

For your benefit, we do provide information about delegate registrations and material order customers  to our conference faculty and material contributors to help them target their presentations in the case of conferences and their research in the case of materials and research papers. This information is provided on a on a need to know basis.

Also for your benefit, we prepare a delegate list containing your name, title, firm and city, which we distribute to our faculty and the delegates on the day of the conference.

In addition, we use our mailing lists that includes our customer lists to give you notice of upcoming educational and business events and new legal resource products. This includes events and products that we may offer as a partner rather than the sponsor or host.
